TERMS

SHIPPING POLICY

SÄIE sells products in FINLAND and EU. Prices of the products includes VAT (24%). SÄIE reserves the right to modify the prices.

 

ORDERING

Order products by adding them into the shopping cart and paying them at the checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. Information which are asked during the ordering process are used only to deliver the products, for customer care or solving any problems involving ordering, if not mentioned otherwise. When ordering products from the web store, you are advised to read all the user agreements.

FINLAND:

Parcels delivered by POSTI within (1-3) working days. You can choose which address you want your parcel to be delivered to. You can also use a parcel locker. Tracking and text message notifications.

 

EU:

Parcels delivered by POSTI for your choice of address within (1-8) working days depending which country the shipping goes. You can choose which address you want your parcel to be delivered to.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you have received a faulty item or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have right to cancel the order within 14 days. The product has to be returned within 14 days from canceling the order. You can cancel the order by email, phone or mail. Before returning any items, please contact SÄIE for guidance for the return process. The product has to to be untapped and repacked properly so it doesn’t get damaged during the shipment. Returning expenses are on customers responsibility. The product can be returned by Post office and customer should get a receipt of the returned item. SÄIE returns the payment after the customer has returned the product or can show the returning receipt. SÄIE do not accept pay on deliveries or products which has been damaged or used. If you don’t pick up your delivery it’s not same as cancelling the order. If you are not picking your order, SÄIE collects 15e payment. If the package has been damaged by the Post office you need to make claim to Postal service.

LAW & JURISDICTION

SÄIE has the right to cancel any order or payment, if anything suspicions arises. In this case customer will be contacted and informed by email. If there is any problems with your order or shipment SÄIE will contact you as soon as possible.

SÄIE reserve the right to modify, alter or update these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, changes, or updates on subsequent visits. These terms and conditions of sale are valid until further notice.
